We draw from Africa’s celebrated cultivars, including South African rooibos and honeybush and the mint‑steeped customs of Morocco and North Africa; from Europe’s long‑standing tea culture and Mediterranean herbal infusions; from the Middle Eastern lineages of Persia, Israel, Turkey, and the Levant, known for saffron, rose, mint, and desert herbs; and from South America’s storied yerba mate, chimarrão, and guayusa traditions.
