We draw from Ethiopia’s heirloom varietals—floral, citrus‑lifted, and celebrated as the birthplace of coffee; Colombia’s smooth, caramel‑rich beans grown at high elevations; Brazil’s velvety, nut‑toned harvests; Guatemala’s chocolate‑deep, volcanic coffees; Costa Rica’s bright, honey‑processed lots; Yemen’s ancient, mocha‑spiced beans treasured for centuries across the Mediterranean; and Kenya’s vibrant, wine‑bright coffees known for clarity and depth.
